Q: Do you accept money order or cashiers check 
A : No.We do not accept money order payment at this time: however,if this is your only available form of payment,contact us for assistance. 

QWhat is your privacy policy? 
A: All information collected during registration and payment is utilized solely to fill your order. We respect your privacy,meaning your private informations will not be shared,rented or sold to any outside,third party sources. Your personal information includes account and e-mail information. Occasional newsletters and coupons are distributed via e-mail exclusively to customers who double opt-in to such services. Double opt-in protects you from receiving unsolicited emails or spam. 

 Q: What is your phone number and how do I contact you? 
 A : We only provide phone access to customers, due to the high frequency of non-business-related calls received in the past. Our phone number is automatically provided to you when an order is received. All other inquiries can be directed to us through our e-mail: africanmusicbuy@gmail.com

 Q: Are your CDs and Video CDs shrink-wrapped? 
 A : Since most of our CDs and Video CDs are imported, they do not come shrink-wrapped, but rather are in a paperback case.We will not con you by wrink-wrapping merchandise. Although your CDs come to you sealed,opened or in some other presentation, you can be assured that any CDs, DvDs or Video CDs purchased will play perfectly. All our products are brand new originals,and most are individually tested before they are listed. 
 
 Q: What is your return policy? 
 A : Although we accept no returns on CDs and Video CDs, customers can exchange a defective CD or Video CD at no cost within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. A customer can report a defective CD via phone or e-mail immediately after receipt. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred during an exchange. In rare cases, refunds are issued minus the cost of shipping if customer declines an exchange and we will issue refund when said merchandise is returned in the same condition.
 
All returns must be approved by African Music Buy before a product is returned, as we are not responsible for lost returns which are not pre-approved. After we receive a defective product,we will issue a refund or send a replacement after due checking of product.

 Q: Do you ship Internationally? 
 A : Yes,but only to a selected Countries,which include Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Japan, Netherlands, Germany,Switzerland,Denmark,Norway,South Africa, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Austria, Sweden and Finland. If you live in a region outside the previously listed countries,please contact us BEFORE ordering. Note: We no longer ship packages to Italy.
 
Import duties,taxes and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping and are the buyer's responsibility.Check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.The delivering freight/shipping company usually collect these charges,but the charges sometimes are due when you pick up your package.

 Q: What shipping methods do you use? 
 A : We use the United States Postal Service USPS for our shipping.
 
African Music Buy reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders or upgrade some international shipping to registered mail at our expense,in order to ensure a package's safe arrival 

Q:  How do I track my orders and how long does it take to process? 
A
: All orders will be processed and shipped with 4 business days,with exception of holidays. However, this is only an estimation because your payment method may delay shipment. Since most CDs are individually checked prior to shipping, bulk orders might experience a slight delay in processing. We appreciate your understanding. 
 
Q:  When will I receive my order? 
A : All orders are shipped directly from our physical store in Peabody, Massachusetts,USA. Shipping time depends on your location in relation to Peabody.
 
 All United States orders are shipped with tracking number and may arrive arrive in approximately 3 to 5 days.International orders are received anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks,depending on buyer's country. Please contact us for other shipping related questions.

 Q: What do I do if I don't receive my package when I'm supposed to? 
 A : We ask that you patiently wait for a few additional days because a delay may occur. If after these few days you still have not received your order, please contact us.We also recommend visiting your local Post Office to check for unclaimed package.
